Header Command Action Type

The Header Command (HeaderCommand) action type is used to reference a command defined at the header level. If there are a set of actions that will be repeated for every position, a command can be defined with those actions at the header. Then each position could be configured with a Header Command action to reference that command.

To configure a Header Command action

A Header Command action type can be configured from several different places within the well test configuration control. However, the base configuration is always the same. Perform the following steps to configure this type of action, referring to the property definitions below:

1. Click to Add action from the drop-down menu.
2. Select the Header Command action type from the Action type list. The action's properties will appear on the right.
3. Type the name of the header command defined at the header template level. See Commands.
4. Click OK to accept the configuration.
